Clock Tower
 Clock Tower. Within the City Center a signature clock tower would provide a visible and useful landmark in a central location. Possible locations include:
- Jackson Street green space
- Anticipated extension of Second Street, across Mulberry Street, at the foot of the Veterans Bridge. In conjunction with the clock tower, the city would anticipate the development of a Veterans Memorial. Land has been reserved at the intersection of Mulberry Street and Second Street, adjacent to Memorial View Court.
