City of Mankato Calendar Contest

Mankato’s annual photo contest has grown to more than 400 entries. Twelve photos, selected by a professional photographer, are included in Mankato’s calendar, which features public meeting dates and locations, contact information, 24-hour service numbers and important key city service messages.
The annual photo contest encourages citizen involvement and showcase Mankato’s quality of life and spaces and places.
To enter the 2010 contest, include your name, address, telephone number, photo caption, who took the photo, and where the photo was taken on the back of your entries (limit of 15 entries) and send to:

Entries are due at 4:30 p.m., Friday, August 28, 2009.
Digital entries must be at least 300 dpi or 5 MB.
Any identifiable people in winning or honorable mention photos must sign a release form, or if under 18 years of age, a parent/guardian must sign a release in order for the photo(s) to be eligible for use in the city calendar or any other city projects.
