Human Resources
Employees are the most valuable asset of an organization. Human Resources staff have an important role in the recruitment and selection of qualified people to serve citizens in a positive and efficient manner. Staff is responsible for benefits administration, compensation administration, employee and labor relations, wellness, training and development, payroll, job descriptions, job openings and recruitment and selection. Human Resources includes City/County Human Resources and the Minnesota Valley Council of Governments.
