Customer Service

The Customer Service Form is used by the City of Mankato to track incoming requests, comments, questions and complaints. If you live, work or are visiting in Mankato and wish to contact the City of Mankato please fill out the form and click the "Submit Request" button.

If you wish to receive a follow up, please include your contact information and the method in which you would like to be contacted.

If you elect to be contacted via email you will receive an automatic notification when the request is entered into the system. This notification will contain an identification number that may be used to check the status of your request.

NOTE: City of Mankato business hours are 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Requests entered after hours will be processed by city staff on the next business day.
